Accruals:

Each full-time employee will accrue 80 hours of annual leave per year, which shall be based upon completion of the first year of employment.  On each full-time employee's 10th year of service, annual leave will begin to accrue at the rate of 120 hours per year.   Annual leave is accrued on the 1st day of the employee's anniversary month. 

Maximum Accruals:

Employees completing up to 10 years of service may accrue up to and including 160 hours of annual leave.  Employees completing more than 10 years of service my accrue up to and including 240 hours of annual leave.
