What IS a wastewater emergency?

   *     sewage overflowing from a manhole or pipe.
   *     visibly broken or damaged pipe or access manhole.
   *     cover missing from a manhole.

Wastewater (sewage) is something we all generate every day in our homes, schools, businesses, industries, and other facilities.  This waste flows through our sewer systems, from the origination point to the treatment facility for proper processing.
