    Q. Where is court held?
    A. All court sessions are held in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

    Q. What do I do if I can't afford my fines?
    A. If fines cannot be paid in full at the time of court, the defendant will be referred to Judicial Correction Services for a payment plan. There is additional costs incurred with this course of action.

    Q. Can I go to driving school?
    A. Driving school is a priviledge granted by the Municipal Judge in certain traffic violations. A person must not have had a citation within the previous 12 months and must appear before the Judge to request the priviledge. Court costs are also paid upon the return of the driving school certificate to the court.

    Q. What is youthful offender?
    A. 

Youthful offender status is an option for defendants under the age of 21.



    Q. I have a case pending. Which court do I appear in?
    A. The Enterprise Municipal Court only handles traffic violations and misdemeanor arrests.

    Q. What will happen when I go to court?
    A. Court sessions are held every Monday at 1:00 p.m. (except for holidays). This is a plea day. Trials are set on the first and third Thursday of each month. There is one show cause date for violation of probation (fines) held the first Wednesday of each month.

    Q. How do I make bond?
    A. All bonds are $500.00 unless otherwise noted. Bonds are made in cash or by going through one of the approved bonding companies in Coffee County.
