Special Exception Checklist

All requests to the Board of Adjustment for a special exception shall include the following:

1. A Letter of Request addressed to the Board of Adjustment, City of Enterprise, Alabama giving your name, address, phone number and the details of the specific request.

2. Where a new building or any portion of an existing building is involved, a scale drawing showing sufficient detail to illustrate the request is required.

3. A check payable to the City of Enterprise, Alabama in the amount of $25.00 to cover advertisement expenses.

4. A list of all adjacent property owners to include a mailing address, whether occupied or unoccupied.

5. Any additional item of information as requested by the Administrative Official.

MEETING TO BE HELD ON_________________IN THE CITY’S COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 4:30 P.M.

APPLICANTS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES MUST BE PRESENT AT THE MEETING.
