Variance Request Checklist

All requests to the Board of Adjustment for a variance to the Zoning Ordinance shall include the following:

1. A letter of request addressed to the Board of Adjustment, City of Enterprise, Alabama giving your name, address, phone number and the details of the specific request to include justification as to circumstances that warrant the granting of a variance.

2. A scaled drawing of the property included in the request for variance showing detailed information concerning the variance requested.

3. A list of all adjacent property owners to include mailing addresses, whether occupied or unoccupied.

4. A check for $25.00 payable to the City of Enterprise, Alabama to cover advertisement expenses.

5. Any additional item of information as requested by the Administrative Official.

ALL APPLICANTS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES MUST BE PRESENT AT THE MEETING.
